Terms and Conditions 

The ‘Reciprocal Arrangement’ is an arrangement allowing members to play a round of golf at the host Clubs members guest rate, instead of the normal visitors fee. 

The arrangement is unfortunately not open to Junior, Social, or Lifestyle Members.

The arrangement is only available subject to the availability of tee times.

Groups of more than four persons may be refused.

When paying green fees, evidence must be provided to prove that you are a member of one of the reciprocal clubs (a handicap certificate, membership card or bag tag will be sufficient).

If no proof of membership can be provided, the full visitor’s fee will be levied.

The arrangement will be reviewed regularly by the participating golf clubs.

Clubs may resign with 30 days notice (honouring any outstanding bookings at the reduced rate) if they feel that the costs of the arrangement outweigh benefits to members.

Members must adhere to the correct dress code of the course that you are visiting. Failure to do so will result in either not being allowed to play or asked to leave the Clubhouse.

Please be considerate when taking advantage of the offer.

The participating Golf Clubs may, at any time, rescind a member’s ability to take advantage of the arrangement, if it is felt that they are not adhering to the standards of behaviour.

N.B> All Clubs have their own local rules for visitors/reciprocals, please respect the Clubs decision as final. 

Llanymynech Golf Club Members can now take advantage of reciprocal arrangements that we have with the following clubs.

Proof of membership is required by all the clubs and only members of Llanymynech Golf Club can use these arrangements any guest/friend playing with a member must pay the normal green fee rate.
