Congratulations to Sandy, Baz, DC, Dave Shep, Dave Griff, Dave Hump and Snowy for once again lifting the Ken Smith Trophy. In the first leg at Bridgnorth Golf Club they lost 2-1 but crucially were only 1 hole down.
In the second leg with heavy showers and a strong north-easterly the contest changed dramatically in the final 5 holes. We recovered from 3 holes down through 13 to 7 holes up and a 3 – 0 win to secure our 9th win in 13 years
